I was very pleased with the service I received at this auto shop!! I have been in the area for less than a year and I didn’t know where to take my car to be serviced. I have a 2011 BMW, however I knew I DID NOT want to take it to the service center located in Wilmington. I decided to take my car to this auto shop instead. I can truly say I am very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen working there were very kind and they do excellent work! I highly recommend bringing your car here if you’re having any issues :)

Osborne's is a great shop! My husband and I use them for all of our vehicle repairs and regular maintenance. Very knowledgeable mechanics with very reasonable prices. During my last vehicle inspection, the car failed when both brake lights failed to illuminate. Osborne's fixed it right away and even took the car for a reinspection at the DMV before returning it to me. Truly wonderful service!

I've been using Osborne's Auto Repair for about 15 years. Ed and Ed Jr. are excellent. They are very professional, knowledgeable and honest guys. They are very friendly and willing to take the time to explain everything and offer suggestions. This is a place you will feel comfortable going to. They have helped me maintain two of my vehicles out to nearly 300 thousand miles! I don't know if I could have done that without Osborne's. The Wilmington area is lucky to have this auto repair facility!

After having to jump my car multiple times I thought okay maybe I need a new battery but then all my warning lights came on and the car wouldn't start. I then contacted my dealership and they told me next available would be the end of November at the latest. I couldn't wait that long I use my car for work. I am a visiting Nurse. So I started searching and came across these guys and after looking at the reviews I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did because not only did they figure out what was wrong in minutes my repairs were complete by the end of the same day. Now that's what I call service. I highly recommend if you need your car serviced to contact these guys. I will definitely be back if I have any other issues they just got another loyal satisfied customer...Thanks Guys!!

The brakes on my car were giving out. I took my car into the shop the same day and less then 5 hours my car was back on the road and my brakes are nice and tight. I feel safe and secure to drive my car again. Always friendly and great customer service.
