BEWARE! DANGEROUS repairs‼️ We are contemplating taking legal action for negligence due to faulty parts and improper Brake part installation. As parents of an out of state student we were extremely specific on the importance of having a reliable vehicle for our son. Unfortunately after the extensive repairs we encountered new problems that were caused by Navarro himself or staff in which they admitted to via text but failed to remedy the problem without further payment. So the third time I refused to allow him to work on the car again. He only offered to replace the part IF we let him work on it again. Like are we Ignorant?This clearly raised eyebrows so we took the vehicle for a safety check where we were informed they failed to properly install the brakes pads and were clearly a danger. Long story short we had to pay the new mechanic to correct Jairo Navarro “work.” They are clearly inexperienced and offer you road side assistance as their “warranty” clearly because they are used to having cars they work on break down. I should have known better based on their horrible reviews. I gave him ample time to rectify this in a practical manner but he was very unsympathetic about taking responsibility for any wrong doing or offering us reimbursement. He SHOULD NOT be operating a business and putting peoples lives at RISK.

It is a gem to have been referred here !! Bought an old Ford and he happened to be the mechanic taking care of the car for over 7 years . He showed me everything I needed to know about the truck! Jairo and his team are the most professional mechanics I have ever used . Jairo shows you everything he does and leaves you with zero doubts on what was done on the car. Have already most of my family bringing their vehicles here. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Best of the best ! Forget the rest !

Nothing good will never come your way I should have seen the reviews first I am a mother of 5 kids I feel like I was robbed and my kids too $430 could have been spent somewhere else just not given away for a job you never did I pray you don’t get NO PEACE IN YOUR HEART ♥️ for this if you couldn’t fix the car you should have just been honest and not took my money the reviews are right 😭 I took my car to Hyundai the job he claims he did he never did it he’s definitely not a honest person he couldn’t even find the problem I took my car with the check engine light on he returned my car still with the check engine light on 🤦🏾‍♀️
