I went to Pacific Car Care for an oil change and a general safety check. As always, they did a great job. Everyone is polite and efficient, and they don't try to sell me unneeded services. I was even able to get some work done in their comfortable waiting room using their free WiFi. Will definitely continue to use Pacific Car Care for may auto maintenance needs.

Ken and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They correctly diagnosed a failing starter that kept giving us intermittent issues that others could not figure out. Brought our vehicle in the same day as the call and it was finished that day. Polite, professional and well-priced too. We'll be back!

Don't go to this place. They will charge you for work that they didn't do and will overcharge you for anything that they actually do. Response to the response from owner: I've talked to you about this already, Ken, and you know you didn't just add a quart of oil to my car. You were supposed to do a diagnostic on the car and nothing else. Instead you billed me for several hundred dollars worth of work that I never authorized you to do. You also broke my radiator and then billed me for the repair after saying you'd repair it for free.

Had a great experience at PCC. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful and they fixed my car right up. I'll definitely be back!

I went in for a brake replacement (I learned that I need to go to a brake shop and save money) they called me and said there was a major oil leak and I needed to replace everything from spark plugs to the alternator for what they called a "reasonable" price of 2500+. I ended up having a mechanic (just down the road on barbur) do the necessary repairs for under 500 and say they couldn't understand the estimate. Wont be back here
