Went in to have check engine diagnosed. I knew I needed one O2 sensor replaced but I had purchased two and they offered to install both. From the moment I walked in Richard made me feel welcome. He was patient and answered my questions. The guy that worked on my truck did what I expected and test drove the vehicle when they were done the work which I can really appreciate. They've gained a loyal customer. Keep up the impressive work!

Brought my vehicle in to fix a problem that had previously been misdiagnosed and not fully repaired, a check engine light, and a tune up. They were complete in diagnosing things and were able to successfully resolved the ongoing problem. The staff was courteous and professional. I am extremely pleased with their work, my vehicle is performing much better. Definitely recommend!

My experience with Patriot Auto & Truck Care was highly disappointing. As an active duty Airman, I chose this shop because of their patriotic image. I scheduled an appointment to get a new clutch installed on Monday morning. I called to get a status update at 3:30pm as there was only an hour left before they closed and I hadn't heard anything. They hadn't even started working on my vehicle, but they said they were about to pull it into the garage and would be finished on Tuesday. I called back around noon the next day to get a status update and was told the technician planned to have it done by the end of the day. I hadn't heard anything until I called for another status update at around 3:30, and was told that it turned out that the clutch did not fit. They said they could order a clutch from the factory and get it done the next day on Wednesday. Again I had to call for a status update on Wednesday afternoon because I hadn't heard anything. This time I was told that the clutch that they ordered did not include a flywheel and was told I had to wait a week before they could get the part in. I ordered the part myself, and gave it to the technician at 11:20 today (Friday). I asked if it would be done today, because I couldn't continue to be without a vehicle. I was told "probably not" and was told it probably wouldn't be done until Monday or Tuesday of next week. I'm really anxious to get my car back and I'm at the mercy of this shop to get it back. Needless to say, I do not recommend dropping off your vehicle here, unless you don't mind waiting several days to get your vehicle fixed.
