The staff treat us like family. They go out of their way to be accommodating, to the point that they delivered our one car to our house and picked up our second car to take for service. The skills of their technicians is top notch and there are never any surprises.. you are kept informed of all aspects of the service. Love these guys.

Sam and the guys were very helpful. Extremely friendly with wonderful customer support. Kept me in the loop every step of the way and completed all the work in a very timely manner. Prices are a little bit higher than some other shops but I think they make up for it in quality service.

I was referred to Pike’s by a colleague and I have been satisfied from the beginning. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. They used their jargon but took the time to explain it in layman’s terms as well! They knew my name when I called and even offer drop off services if you need a ride after dropping your car off. I am pleased with their customer service and the work on my car is amazing!

UPDATE: The owner replied to this comment but I have not been contacted from anyone from the shop. Disappointed with my one experience at this shop. I heard good things about this shop and decided to bring in my Honda Civic for a brake job. They provide a courtesy inspection which was nice but recommended replacing a lot items which I knew didn't need to be replaced. When I got to the process of deciding what I wanted done to my car I knew I wanted just the brakes done but they absolutely insisted that I needed the rotors replaced as well (although they were in good shape). I asked them a multiple times can I just replace the brakes and they repeatedly stated the rotors had to be replaced as well without giving me a reason of what exactly was wrong with them. Being younger and naive I told them they could change those as well. The total cost for everything was $831. The cost they charged me for brakes and rotors was more than brand new OEM parts cost . It's been less then 15k miles since I've had that done to my car and the brakes are already squeaking. This is my daily driver car so I'm a lot more conservative driving it and I know brakes should last longer than this. I probably had just a one time bad experience but because of this I will no longer be going here for any work.
