My girlfriend just called in to get an estimate for a diagnostic for a heater that's not working. The man over the phone was extremely rude. He assumed what the problem was before even asking questions. He stated "well it HAS be a coolant problem, if you don't fix it your motor could blow up". Our car has full coolant and isn't leaking. When looking up the main cause of our issue 70% of the time for our make and model it's either heater blower motor, thermostat, or heater blower motor resister. So I'm not sure where he got the idea it HAS to be the coolant. He was condescending and made my girlfriend feel as though he thought she was incompetent just for being a female. Never going here.

I'm so pleased with the service we received at Pearl Auto Repair. An assessment of the car was done quickly and repairs went smoothly. The staff was so reasonable in their presentation of repair options, really felt like they were giving me all of the information to make the best, most cost effective decision. Whenever we need to go back to the mechanic, I know we'll be going to Pearl Auto Repair for sure! Highly recommend!
