I took my vehicle in for a post-purchase inspection to see if we were going to keep the vehicle or send back to Carvana. A) Don't rely upon the online scheduling system. They were completely surprised that I was coming, even thought it had been 2 days since I scheduled the appointment online. The were able to squeeze me in, but I had to come back an hour later than my scheduled appointment. B) Arthur was great to work with. The other gentleman in the office was very rude, and made me feel like a major inconvenience. After he griped and complained to everyone in the office about my inspection, I finally asked him to just fix the barebones issues so that I could get back home safely. He made it appear that they were not at all interested in my business otherwise. Additionally, he constantly bashed Carvana-- told me how awful they were to deal with, how cheap they were, and how they don't really like to fix the stuff they warranty. Granted, that has probably been his experience, but he went a little too far, and became very unprofessional. C) When they finally fixed my vehicle, they were prompt and took care of the issue appropriately. I'm grateful for that. Again, Arthur was fantastic to work with. He took care of the single issue for me. In all likelihood, I will not return to this store in the future. Customer service is a big deal to me. If I'm going to be spending money somewhere, I want to be treated like I'm valued, not an inconvenience.

From beginning to end this shop and their employees literally surprised me! The customer service was great, did what they said when they said it, contacted me when they said they would, got my car in and out in record time (even with ordering parts), and the cost for the work was far better than the dealership would ever touch! I'm truly impressed with them, will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone I run into! Kudos guys!
