Jason and his team were awesome. I had brought my car in to have an extensive amount of maintenance done to it. They had promised that the work would completed that day. They continued to work on the car after closing time to finish the job. I appreciate the dedication. A big Thank You!

Even though I was helping my brother drop off his car at Pep Boys, the personnel were inside were very courteous. They were professional and explained all of the questions my brother had asked them. He had been going to them for the past year with no issues. I liked when they told him that they will give him a call and let him know what the problem is and how much it would cost. 5 star rating……

bought four tires from Amazon and selected midway pepboys to do the install,showed up Saturday at 9am for the appointment was told they couldn't honor the appointment because of staffing issues,they only had one guy working in the shop on a Saturday which is the busiest day of the week,I understand things happen but no alternative was offered like reschedule the appointment or better leave the car we'll do the best we can to get it done but it may run into tomorrow,so I took my four tires and left,had that been the end of this I would have given them 2 or 3 stars because I have had decent service there in the past with different employee's then are there now,so from here it just gets worst I call Pepboys corporate talk to a customer service rep and at the end was told the Area Director would call me to resolve this,it's been two weeks today haven't heard from this guy,corporate called me back a few days ago to follow up and still no call from the Area Director so I guess he couldn't care less what happens at the store level,now the straw that broke the camel's back my repair order for the install just sat in there computer system at Midway and 12 days later somebody at the store thought it would be a good idea to run it though and I got charged 80 dollars for the install that never was done,took three days of emails with Amazon to get a refund,no wonder this once American icon business is going right down the tubes ,

All around amazing service. Desperately needed 4 new tires after moving from the south to a cold/wintery climate. Not only did Jason squeeze me into the schedule, he and the staff stayed way past closing to make sure the job got done. Will definitely be going back for all of my car needs.

As someone who doesn’t know all that much about cars I find this location to be super friendly and great with their explanations. Quick and high quality service- Jason was working today and was very helpful!
