They take the time to explain exactly what is going on with your car in a way that is easy to understand. From these explanations I get a clear sense of exactly what I’m paying for and what I didn’t have to pay for (because they don’t do unnecessary repairs or replace things that can just be cleaned). Rick Mims5 StarI want to say thanks to the staff. I called PT bc my daughter, a freshman at UF, had a transmission issue with her car. I gave them the info on her car & was immediately told "while I would like your business, I believe the manufacturer has extended the warranty". After a call to the manufacturer the warranty had been extended. Turns out that her car needed a complete rebuild.
I am overjoyed to have made the right decision to initially call a business that works this way. Honesty & integrity are qualities that have been diminishing over the years. PT could have easily taken my money. Instead, they offered an honest assessment & in turn, gained an advocate.
My daughter is a freshman & I will make sure that any auto work she needs will be done at Performance. I will make sure that she passes this story to each of her friends as they need assistance.

Our 2010 Ford Explorer’s transmission failed pretty catastrophically, and they were able to get a like new (rebuilt) transmission installed about a week for a very reasonable price. It has now been towing and running GREAT for over a year since.
