Dae1 StarPaid $5000+ and everything was okay up until they gave me my fixed car with a leaking battery in the trunk, the battery acid ate through the cardboard container in which it was held. Once the damage was done it was about $300+. I went back to the mechanic and he said it was my fault somehow despite the battery not tipping over. It was upright the entire time it was causing the damages and likely did those things well before I picked up my car. I wouldn’t have left such a low review if they hadn’t been so dismissive of the damages, I paid $5000+ for their services so I would’ve expected some more accountability. Never coming back here again…Thursday 4th November 2021
Captain Al5 StarWent to Perron Auto short time ago to have a battery discharging problem fixed. They said it was the alternator and replaced it in a timely fashion and at a fair price. Just recently I noticed my battery light on, so I brought it back to Perron Auto. They checked it out and said the new alternator they installed had become faulty. Well just like they said it’s warranted and they put a new alternator in. I can’t say enough about this place they are great and Anthony and Kathy up front are great to deal with too.
