Took my vehicle there to be checked for mud build up, told them if there wasn’t anything wrong with it that I would take it to clean the mud out from underneath myself and they still went ahead and cleaned it. CHARGED ME $85! Didn’t even call me and get the okay after I clearly told them I didn’t really have the money so if it was just mud I didn’t want nothing done. This isn’t the first time they charged me stupid amounts.

I live in Farmington Hills. I was driving to Cadillac to my sister’s house, when my water pump broke on my BMW. I somehow managed to make it to Cadillac. My brother-in-law said he knew a great mechanic in town and he’d take my car in to have it checked since my sisters and I were heading to Bay Harbor. The mechanic was out of town until the following Monday and still got it fixed much more quickly than the BMW dealerships in Traverse City or Grand Rapids could have. The car is running great and the cost was much more reasonable than the dealership could have ever been.

Went there becasue my engine splash shield was dragging and asked them to take it off, they said they would just cut the flap thats dragging off and fasten it. Charged me $45. They did not fasten it as I hear it hitting the bottom of the car everytime I'm driving, and the entire part is $50. So I feel a little bamboozled.

They were very prompt when they showed up to tow my truck when it broke down. Gentleman was very kind. When it came to looking at my truck, they were fairly priced for the inspection. The wait was a bit longer than we expected but still a good experience
