Shares a ton of useful knowledge for maintenance and use of our heating system throughout the visit and diagnosed the issue with great accuracy. Ultimately a squirrel and a bird had died in our exhaust pipe and that was causing the heater to cut off. Awesome service!Thursday 30th December 2021
