Wow. I am a current assistant manager at Valvoline instant oil change and have been around many car people, employees, and businesses. Not only was this a good visit to get services done I cannot do myself, it may be the best I have experienced. I came in on very short notice due to a last minute emergency in needing an alignment and two tires changed on my vehicle due to starting my new job Monday (came in on a Friday) and no other shops, not even Tire Kingdom or Firestone were able to get me in due to “not having my tires in stock” or they were “fully booked”. Okay fair enough and I could live with that if that’s the case. Came into Pit Stop to see if there was any chance. Derek greeted me quickly and showed he not only cared about my situation but he was determined to make sure I was taken care of. My tire size and within my budget currently were not in stock currently at the shop and they were booked all day. Not only did Derek order the tires that fit my car and that I could afford at the time to be delivered the next day, but he also did the services on his lunch break with employee Juan. The day prior I changed out my struts, shocks, and tie rods (reason for absolutely needing an alignment). I informed them on this but did not even try to ask for more than I had already asked of them but I honestly did want them to check and make sure everything was done correctly and how it should be due to it being my first time doing such a job myself. Well, after dropping my car off they were done in an hour time with everything and without me asking did check it out for me! Informed me i did a great job but 2 of the main component bolts were loose on my strut and they tightened them for me to ensure I was safe driving. Even replaced a strut mount bolt I had accidentally rounded out when re-installing the strut. Safe to say I will be a returning customer and these guys are top notch and will make sure your vehicle is not only safe to drive when leaving, but done in a time efficient manner with quality work. Brandy and Lexi are the best. Super friendly and knowlegeable They tell you what to expect, discuss options and costs with you. I can't recommend them any higher. I would love to give them a 10+ but that's not available on this page. I recommend you go there and experience the great customer service, The technicians know what they are doing and don't try to up sell you. Love this place.

I have never been here. But, love the videos, and the transparency those videos provide if I was a customer. Wish more places did this. Keep up the good work here! If I ever move to this area, I will for sure drop my car off here for service.
