My 2003 F250 with 321k miles had subpar repairs in the past. I was having trouble with no stars and rough idles. I tried to repair it (YouTube), but nothing worked. Paul got me in and got right to work. There were many issues; 2 injectors, oil rail, water pump, etc... Paul informed me before the work and gave me estimates as he went, and held to his estimates (rare). When he was done my truck ran like a 100k mile rig again. Very happy. The shop is extremely well equipped for any job and is very clean. I'm sold and won't go anywhere else.

We were in town visiting and our Landrover starter went out and not just out cheered the bolts off the engine, they were very friendly and didn't charge us to tell us that they couldn't bore out the bolts and helped us put it back on out tow trailer to get it home!! They were very nice, it was like being at my own home town mechanic shop❤️ our shop was able to get it done and thank God there was anything else wrong with the car. 11/2021: This is my second service from PJM and the work was just as outstanding as the first time. Fast competent service from honest professionals. I was kept informed at every turn and the work was done accurately and quickly at a reasonable price. No surprises. It means the world to know that if I have any issue with my vehicle there is an outstanding professional team ready to take care of whatever comes next. This is a place where it is safe to admit that I don’t know what the issue is. What I do know is that I will be treated with dignity and fairness and my car will get the best service possible. They don't talk down to anyone and they are more than happy to explain every step of the analysis and repair you need. They go out of their way to serve every client with integrity and dignity. I took my car in when the engine light came on and there was a stutter upon acceleration. They took great care of my car, diagnosed the problem quickly, answered all of my questions in a way I could understand without any air of superiority or subterfuge, then gave me a fair and accurate quote for the parts and labor. The work was done expertly, quick as a whip and right on estimate. There were no surprises. I completely trust these professionals to be forthright, deliver quality work quickly and keep me safely on the road.

Paul is a kind, honest, and trustworthy man and he conducts his business as such. I was stranded a few hours from home but he got me in immediately when I really needed it, and he caught and fixed mistakes that others had missed. He was incredibly transparent and efficient, and he did everything he possibly could to help me. I would recommend Paul’s service wholeheartedly to anybody!
