Amazing experience. Car won't start had it towed. Rodents had chewed through electrical wires. Had the car back in 2 days. Very efficient and was kept apprised of what was going gone through out the 2 days. Very friendly and customer oriented. Definitely will use pleasant car repair again.

After an accident involving debris on the highway, I knew my car was a mess. I have recently moved to the area and hadn't yet found a reliable mechanic. I ended up first bringing my car to a local place a bit closer than Pleasant, and what a mistake. The other place had my car three times over a month (I brought it back to them when I could tell it wasnt fixed) and still they kept saying it was fine, that they didn't see any issues. Finally, over the holiday week, I drove on the highway and KNEW I had to find someone to fix my car. Cue Pleasant Car Care! I called them once, they let me drop it off same day. By the next morning (New Years Eve) they call to explain what they found. Yes, all of the noises I could hear had a reason, and then they fixed it. All of it. My car now drives like it always has, with no sign of suspension damage. I'm quite satisfied. I'm not sure what anyone else would look for in a 'car place', but for me, fixing the actual damage is a minimum requirement. Pleasant does that, but they also took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the work, and were transparent on cost. This is the perfect place for me, I'm so relieved to have found it!

Pleasant Car Care has serviced my 09 Chevy a number of times at this point. Every time my car has driven better. Aeryn is so helpful and responsible and friendly, she makes you really confident to leave your car there. They go out of their way to provide outstanding service.
