They were extremely professional and completed the work in the promised time table while providing me a courtesy car to use during that time. They sent me pictures of what was being worked on and called me to talk me through the proposed work. Would definitely come to them again for service.

Jim was excellent! He was extremely nice and helpful had my car fixed so fast. I’m coming from out of town and suddenly had to get my car fixed and he was able to fit me into his schedule no problem! Definitely recommend this place they really know what they are doing!

Pleasant Car Care did an amazing job with my car and Eddie was super easy to work with. I couldn’t pay immediately and they were willing to work with me and accept flexible timing. If you’re in the area, definitely go to Pleasant Car Care.

We went to Pleasant Car Care on the recommendation of a friend and she wasn't lying, they are fantastic! Careful, thorough, transparent, respectful; they repaired for real all the things our previous mechanic said he had repaired but didn’t. Texted us photos of everything they found that needed fixing and then called to talk about it, so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. They're a little farther away than the place we'd been using, but well worth the extra travel.

Due to someone throwing glass bottles in the street after the Super Bowl I had a flat tire. I was traveling for work and in a new area I’m not very familiar with. Once getting my car towed here the employees were incredibly kind and got me back on the road as soon as possible. They made a scary situation significantly easier for me and I am grateful!
