We have been using Poirier’s for years and won’t go anywhere else. Pete has always been fantastic and such a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get my truck in and out in the same day with some very serious brake issues. Finally, an honest and caring mechanic shop! We appreciate you guys!

My family has been using Poirier's for over 20 years. My dad brought all our cars to Ken, and we never used anyone else. After Ken retired, Dave was as wonderful as Ken. Unfortunately, I recently took my SUV in for service, and it was the absolute worst experience. I was informed there is new management, Dave was let go. I explained my car needed to be driven over 60mph to experience the issue, and this was never done. I was told the tires needed alignment. Did that. They lied to me, argued with me. Car was not repaired, expensive service for very little benefit. Bottom line...this is no longer a company representative of Ken Poirier and his superior quality of service. Very sad loss for the community.

Long story short, I was on a turnaround trip to South Florida when my truck broke down. Absolute nightmare. I couldn't wait behind for the vehicle while it got fixed so I had the vehicle towed to chrysler/doge. They basically tried to rob me by incorrectly diagnosing that I needed the part replaced. That was a lie. After reading the reviews, I took a chance and had the vehicle removed from chrysler and towed to Pete at Poirier's services. Best decision ever. He provided quick work, told me what to expect along the way, always available to answer questions, didn't charge for work that wasn't needed, and was patient with me since I was dealing with everything while out of town. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and drove it home with no issues. It's hard to find a mechanic that will give you honest work so when you do, appreciate them. Pete I appreciate you. -Lou

Pete’s the best, professional courteous service, clean environment, Great mechanics, reasonable prices, Pete has my business for life, wouldn’t go any other place, Great location easy access, does exactly what he says he’s going to do, highly recommend them, keep up the good work ….

Called Poirier’s to get a price on a specific job. They told me not to bother price shopping over the phone. I informed them that I either do my own work or have taken my truck to them to work on in the past. They proceed to ice me by placing me on hold for over 15 minutes before I just hung up.
