My dad spent almost $10,000 having Andy Nash try to figure out why his truck would run for a couple months, then just stop running out of nowhere!! He replaced $10,000 worth of parts and labor, and my dad was without his truck for MONTHS!!! Here we sit yet again with a broke down truck!! 😡😡😡😡 Needless to say dad's truck is NOT at Precision Auto!!!! Not a happy daughter!! 😡😡😡😡

Made an appointment for 8am. No one was there at 8am and the shop was closed. A truck with the shop logo pulled up to the front of the building 5 minutes after 8am. It sat there a few minutes without anyone getting out, then pulled around back and entered from the back. I sat and waited for 40 minutes while no one opened the business or answered their phone.

I bought a 'new' car about a year ago and knew that it would be prone to minor issues. In all over the past year Andy and Precision Automotive have taken care of me and fixed all those little issues and big issues that I've encountered. They are kind and courteous and fair on price. I called a shop in Springfield to get a price on a full synthetic oil change an they said $60 and Precision is $62 and I know that their labor hours are much lower than other shops in town. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car this past year, look forward to many more.
