Without going into too much detail, Gregg let me know that there was an alternative for my repairs. Which in turn saved me big bucks. Thank you Gregg. I took my Mini to Precision this past week. It was knocking really bad and they were my second opinion I got on it. I took it to another shop which seemed very passive about it, didn?t really seem like they wanted to mess with it. I took it to Precision and they looked into every possibility and promptly fixed it. Long story short. They really went above and beyond and helped my bank account a lot! I'd recommend them to anyone having car troubles. Thank you. As the owner of a construction company it is very important that I have my fleet of vehicles up and running. Gregg has gone above and beyond to keep my vans rolling at all times with as little down time as possible. When we bring our vans in for service or an unknown issue, like squirrels chewing our wiring harness, to a simple ABS sensor whatever the issue may be, he always takes the time to explain it. Gregg always keeps in communication with me on the findings and progress. I can't say enough about how happy I am that we found Precision Automotive and Gregg! My daughter is a student at K-State and we were referred here three years ago by someone we know and trust from Manhattan. They have always been fair and do great work. Also, they only do the work needed to be done. Being from Minneapolis, it is nice to find a place my daughter can go to when she has car issues. I highly recommend Precision Automotive. The guys at Precision Automotive were SO helpful when our daughter's car broke down while at college in Manhattan. Very professional and kind when this momma was freaking out from 2 hours away. Great guys who tell you what the problem is and what it will cost before they fix it. Very reasonable pricing too! Gregg and his mechanics have worked on my truck several times over the last year and are the only mechanic shop I will let work on any of my vehicles. They go above and beyond for their customers and their work is quality. They've turned my lemon of a Dodge Ram into a decent truck; that was a big undertaking in itself! I highly recommend them. I hate having to find a new mechanic when I transfer to a new town. Got lucky this time and looks like so far the first is the one we are staying with. No BS up front diagnosis, accurate estimate, done when they said. Have taken two cars in now and been happy both times. Super polite, will explain everything and won't push for services that aren't needed. I ordered a refrigerant control valve for my car and needed a good shop to do a proper install. I called them yesterday to see when I could come in. They said to just leave the car with them in the morning, so that's what I did. Came back about 6 hours later and the car was already waiting, and the AC blows COLD! So happy I went with Precision over the dealer. I highly recommend this shop! I was having issues with my Honda Ridgeline. It had been to another shop multiple times, and they were unable to fix the problem. I called Gregg, since we take all of our company vehicles to him for maintenance. He told me to bring it by and drop it off with him. We dropped the truck off on a Wednesday afternoon and he was able to diagnose it, order parts, make the repair in just a couple of days. I picked it up on Friday. Thank you guys. We will recommend you to all of our friends and family. Gregg and his team have taken care of our vehicles since 1998. They always provide a fair estimate & have saved us thousands of dollars over the years! We rely on Gregg's expertise and his team's attention to detail! In fact, we don't buy extended warranties on our new cars because we trust Gregg to take care of any repairs we may need. My Civic needed an alternator replacement and was also having some issues while idling. After calling several other local shops, Precision had a very competitive quote and could also start working on my car immediately. I got my car back working perfectly in just a little over 24 hours. I hope I don't have any more car issues before graduation, but if I do I'll be coming back here! My first experience with the folks at Precision Automotive was great. They answered my questions on the phone, and were very pleasant in person. They called to give me an update on my vehicle, and was courteous when I decided to leave it there over the weekend. The only drawback was that they did not offer a military discount :-). I recommend this facility for your automotive repairs. Precision Automotive is absolutely the best auto/truck repair shop in the Manhattan area. I have been a customer for many, many years and wouldn't consider taking my vehicles any other place. The prices are reasonable, repairs are done in a timely manner, they stand behind all of their work, are knowledgeable about all makes and models and I trust them completely to be fair. I have recommended this shop to my friends for years and will continue to do so. This shop is amazing. Every time I have brought my car in, they have always been very up front about cost, and provide quality repairs. They once didn't end up using a part they initially charged me for that cost just over $1, and actually refunded me for it. Of course, I would have never known. Now that's honesty. Precision Automotive has done repairs and service of my cars and trucks for over 20 years. This work was performed on foreign and domestic cars and pickup trucks. Precision Automobile's care has always been excellent and I routinely recommend them to friends and family looking for quality automobile service and repair. Excellent customer service. We were in town for the afternoon and had brake problems with our pickup. Precision Automotive worked us in right away, diagnosed the problem, installed new parts, and had us back on the road within a couple of hours. Very pleasant people to work with.
