A friend referred me to Precision Automotive, since my husband was laid up from surgery. They fixed the issue with my car that must’ve been going on for a while. It felt as good as when I got it. It was easy to make an appointment, they were friendly, provided me with a loaner as I needed to be able to get around while they had my car. They were quick, informative and we felt good about the price. Will definitely make them or go to place. Thanks Precision!

Seem like a good bunch. I wasn't able to get in and they rescheduled multiple times without giving me any flak. Only downside is that it takes a few days to get in, however, in my experience that means people are willing to wait for quality. I am rating on the customer service on the phone.

Precision Automotive is the best! They have some of the best customer service I have seen, and they are always looking out for the customer. This last time, I asked for an emissions test, which it turns out I did not need. Precision did the emissions, but when it came time to pay and they realized I didn't need it to renew my registration, they didn't charge me for it. Many times I have taken my vehicles in to be serviced and they make sure I don't have unnecessary services performed, thus saving me money. Even though I have moved and have many other shops that are closer, I still take my cars to Precision because I trust their work and their integrity.

Great job of inspecting my car and identifying any issues that need attention. Sent me a message, including pictures, of any problem issues. Prices seem reasonable. Knowledgeable mechanic and staff. Great Job!
