You can expect excellent service and reasonable pricing. My car broke down on me the diagnosis is by time so you not paying a ridiculous price for something that take them 15 minutes. My car broke down on me, I was the 1st in and I was out in an hour. This has become my spot. I highly recommend. Shout out to Brian for cost breakdowns and explaining the issues. Great service and they give discounts.

Always quality customer service from the staff. They make sure to explain the options and costs upfront, and do not pressure you into expensive repairs. Truly a great group, and I highly recommend. You may have to wait sometimes, but the work is worth it!

They have been a great place to take for repairs but I see a “shop fee” of $40 for repair on my window regulator. Seems a bit excessive. The part charged was $380 but I see the average price for the part is around $250 on the internet. I understand charging a bit more for parts is common but again, it seems a bit more than others. I used to take all my work to them but I will be shopping around now. Update. the owner called me directly and offered me what I thought was a fair adjustment. I didn’t ask for an adjustment by the way. I’ll continue trusting them with my vehicles.
