Kiomi Cooper1 StarThis place is a scam and crooks!! They tried to charge me $614 for brakes and rotors. I went right down the street and it only cost $205. They thought because I’m a woman they can get over on me. $400 saved!! The brakes and rotors on a 2007 Mazda are only $105 total. Why the extra $500!! W M Wilson1 StarI own a 2002 Ford Expedition, mileage 112,000. There was only one owner previous to me. My regualr mechanic had been a little under the weather, so I was being proactive by still getting a simple oil change on my truck. The day after leaving this Forestdale Precision Oil, I did not move or drive my vehicle. The next day, I drove my truck and noticed almost immediately the rough ride it startes giving me. I had had this truck for 3 months before bringing it here- NO problems at all. It wasn't until the men so-called changed my oil that these problems began. I spoke to at least 3 other people who live nearby with similar horror stories about this business as it relates to issues after they patronized. These incidents are not coincidental. Now my truck has stopped and having $$$$ of repairs done.Sunday 23rd January 2022

Diana Coggin1 StarI was hopeful as I had been scammed by previous owners. Price I was quoted on phone was less than actual price I was charged...plus tax. I am hard of hearing but had my hearing aids in and repeated the price quoted to the receptionist and she confirmed.There is a big difference in a price that ends in 0 and one that ends in 9. So either the receptionist is also hard of hearing or they just thought they could make another $9 plus tax from this lady that needed to leave tomorrow early as a caregiver to others. Won't be back!! I brought my own parts, it took 20 minutes or less and cost me almost $100 dollars....Tuesday 16th November 2021
