Horrible!! Been a customer here for 5years. Now they got a front end lady with a nasty attitude. Brought my car for tube up and they did a poor job! Politely asked for the issue to be rectified and it was a scene.

I have been coming here for a while to get oil changes so I thought this was an auto repair shop that I could trust. I never had to leave my car before but have seen other customers leave the shop in disappointment, but never expected this to happen to me. The company had my car for since June 21 and nothing was done to my car as of July 2. My car sat for several days for a diagnosis even though I had already given them a print out of what was wrong. They also approved parts and services with my warranty company that I did not approve and refused to give me any information on my car while that they were holding it. Michelle the receptionist, refused to give me any information or accept my calls when I called to check on the repairs. She refused to contact management or anyone above her to get my issues resolved and put me in hold each time I called without saying a word. Do not take your car here if you like to know what a shop is doing to your car, they do not communicate and will bill you for services that you do not agree to. They are holding my car and they haven’t done any work on it for over 10 days. I asked the company to stop all work after the diagnostic and tried to pay them so I could take my car somewhere else but they refused to allow me to pay them. They started working on my car anyway and then charged me for the partial work after I already told them not to do anymore work on my car. Throughout this entire process they never gave me a repair plan or price for the services that they were performing, but afterwards quoted me a final price that was almost double the original price that I received from my warranty company. This is not an honest company and they are out to get as much money as possible by adding additional parts and fees to your service.
