Horrible experience. managerment and customer service associate was EXTREMELY rude. Unprofessional. i was told to come at a certain time and still had to wait over 20 minutes to get serviced. I’d never do business with them!!! I try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to business matters but the service was absolutely ridiculous. if i could give no stars, i would.

Jay fit me in and got me straight! Not gonna lie sometimes there's a wait... So be prepared for that. You can also find good deals for an oil change or an alignment with Groupon.

Customer service is subpar due to what seems to be a staffing issues, as there only seems to look like two people work there. Wait & turn-around time is redundant in my opinion, so if you have plans "CANCEL THEM & BRING A SNACK or DROP YOUR CAR OFF" and again this could be due to what seems to be a staffing shortage. Price wise, I felt overpriced for the services that I received & how my car felt after and should've driven back to Richmond to have my car serviced. But, due to me moving to the area, I decided to try to find a shop near by to save time. The only upside for my is that one of the workers was very easy on the eyes, so it made my time worth it.

Honest hard working alignment shop committed to doing good work. In a bind, working out of town, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and even gave me a ride to my motel. Auto repair costs always sting, but weren't outside expectations for the job.
