I had scheduled an oil change they told me to come in at 9:30, when I got here they told me my appointment was supposed to be at 9:00 and they would not give me my full service. Although I paid for a full service they did not exchange any of my fluids and wouldn't supply full service that I had paid for. The guy at the front who dealt with me had poor customer service skills and I will not be returning. I do not recommend the Lakewood facility. (In addition to the owners response this id the email I sent) I received a response to my review and it is other than the truth! I would not have scheduled an appointment at 9:00 I drop my kids at school I definitely would not have done that! And yes they "checked" my fluids but DID NOT offer more services and I DID NOT decline anything. I am not the first person to leave a bad review on how poor the front desk workers customer service was and how he handle the situation. Again I will not be returning to this Lakewood facility nor recommend any here. And if able I will provide another review as it looks good to respond the whom ever did; however, it is other than the truth.

My faith in this shop is steadily being restored. While I was out of town in November, my 2000 Sienna had a dead battery. (The battery was 13 months old.) My husband jumped it to get it started and took it to Precision Tune where they ran a diagnostic. The results of the diagnostic were that the battery and starter were fine but the alternator was not operating at optimum. The battery was fully charged and the van continued to start and run until December 24th when it would not start. I jumped it and drove it for about half an hour. I called Precision Tune to report that it had been dead again and recounted the results of the diagnostic in November. Based on that, I assumed the alternator had failed (although only one of the signs of alternator failure had been demonstrated). I made an appointment to bring the van in the following Tuesday. I had to jump the battery to get it started to take it to the shop. When I took it in, the woman who helped me doubted that the alternator had failed. Another diagnostic revealed that the battery actually had failed (after 15 months). The battery was replaced at no cost. I'm hopeful that this will solve the problem. I'm beginning to see the responsiveness and customer service I had experienced at this shop in the past.

Wasted time and money coming here...I paid them to pretty much tell me stuff I already knew. And I told them what I knew I wanted to know how much it would cost to fix it...and they didn't give me details, they just said oh go here (one of their other locations)... I'm like dude if you couldn't tell me what I wanted to know why are you charging me 150 bucks? Seriously, waste of my time and money.

A few things: I appreciate the honesty and timeliness from the staff and I've always felt I got excellent value in regards to the repairs done.

The absolute worst place to go. I got a Groupon for brakes and made an appt. I told them I had a Groupon. When I get all the way out there they say my Groupon is for organic brakes, I need ceramic brakes and rotors which is $200 plus extra, and pay for an inspection. Never looked at my car yet. Turns out, no one uses organic brakes. It is a scam from the start. The employee tried to blame groupon for everything but it made no sense, I know scammers. Very rude staff. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to D and D brakes.
