Wayne and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Every time there is an issue with my car, I know that I can trust going to Wayne for an honest opinion and diagnosis. I never have to wonder if I am being taken care of, because it is obvious in his attention to detail and want to help others. I have been using precision tune auto care for my general car maintenance needs and some bigger repairs. My car is always treated with care and Wayne's staff goes above and beyond to render the best service necessary. I have licensing issues and the staff at precision tune makes my life so much easier just by offering to pick it up and drop it off for me so that I can carry on my normal work day/week. This allows me to focus my time and attention on other important things, knowing full well my car is in the best hands possible. They are honest, trustworthy, and dependable.

After the check engine light came on, the TEAM at Precision Tune took it from there. They took care of me in a polite and honest way. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, rather they prioritized the needs of my SUV and told me what was a must and what I could hold off on for a while. I have used this particular shop for the entire 15 years I’ve owned my car! I trust no one else with my vehicles! Wayne, the manager, is the epitome of a great man and person! Women don’t have to ever worry about being messed over because they’re women! They actually make it a point to make sure you’re comfortable and safe! Thank you, all of you, especially Wayne, for ALL you do! 10/10 recommend!!

My Check engine light came on. I took it to these guys and their technician (Jeremy I think his name was) diagnosed my car in no time. Haven’t seen the light since the repair was done. I will be returning. Trust is a hard thing to find in a shop. They have earned mine! Thank you guys for a job well done!!!
