are the owners and employees polite and friendly, they're very professional. When it comes to my vehicles I want to be 100% sure that they are in the right hands and with Preferred Automotive they absolutely are. I had my brakes done along with my air conditioning system recharged, all four tires replaced and the car alignment as well. I was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg for all the work that was done however I was charged an affordable price and left the shop EXTREMELY satisfied. Preferred Automotive is super honest and I will without a doubt only be bringing my vehicles here from now on. 10/10 recommend this 5 star shopSaturday 14th August 2021

Called me before doing any work to my car and made sure I was aware of what the issue was and how much it would cost. Very kind owner and workers. They informed me of everything prior to working on the car and were a great price. They went above and beyond my repairs and did a few small things just to help.
