I chose Pro Auto as it had been recommended to me as a newbie to Denver and was one of the few places in downtown Denver that had decent reviews. The place itself was easy to find, with adequate and clean waiting areas, and the staff was kind and professional. I made an appointment for an oil change, and confirmed this was all I wanted at the time of service. An hour after arriving, I was notified that all they had done was an inspection of my vehicle, and they were recommending a ton of things be repaired. Now, my car is older, so I knew it needed some maintenance done, but I was shocked. I got just my oil change done (which took another hour), thinking my car was going to need a ton done to it. After careful consideration I took it to another garage - this time a dealership for a second opinion - I found that at least half of what they told me was incorrect (including that my car was leaking transmission fluid). In addition, the dealership was SIGNIFICANTLY lower in price. So, while I can say that Pro Auto was professional and thorough, I also feel like they are pricey, not time efficient, and trying to take advantage of what I perceive as their assumption of my lack of vehicle knowledge.

I love this place! They always get your problem sorted out quickly and professionally. They are transparent and share everything with you throughout the process. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of and as a woman this is VERY appreciated!

The guys at Pro Auto Care always seem glad to see me. We have been going there since 1991 while they were still on Jasmine St. before they moved to Dahlia St. We have had 5 cars in that time and have had them all serviced with Pro Auto. We feel very comfortable with their recommendations and charges. It is so nice to have someone you trust work on your car.

Pro Auto Care is the real deal. They do excellent work at fair prices and they're good at diagnosing the problem correctly the first time. Plus, they're just plain nice.
