"While driving my children to school, my exhaust fell and was dragging on the ground. Me being partially disabled, I knew I needed help. I stopped by Pro Auto and asked them to either yank it off or tie it up. Even though they were super busy yesterday. They kindly took the time to fix the dragging exhaust, so I could get my children to school. Not only did they stop what they were doing to help me, but they didn't charge me at all. I should have stopped here first, instead of wasting my time at a place up the road. If you ever need service on your vehicle, in my opinion, Pro Auto is the only place to go in Hartford, Wisconsin. Thank You for your help, and the kind service. I'll be back again for sure."

april tik1 StarThe most unprofessional place of business I have ever experienced in my life. Rude employees with obviously zero integrity. Took No responsibility for inserting broken parts into my car. Instead made excuses for their ignorance as mechanics. A toddler would've fixed my car more properly and would've been more professional. Stay clear of this place. Unless you need more problems in your life.Monday 3rd January 2022

Jeanne Fenner4 StarFriendly staff. Nicely decorated waiting area. It's decorated with antique railroad signs, gas signs, oil cans, etc. Reminded me of the good ole days! They have a TV in the waiting area. The waiting area was a bit chilly though. I was there for a oil change and I was happy with the price and service.Tuesday 11th May 2021
