Joshua Thomas1 StarThis place is a scam. My fiancee called and was quoted for labor to have her purge valve fixed at this location, this was the only thing wrong with her car before arriving here. Once she arrived she was told the tube that connects the valve was broken, which is not true as I just looked under her hood to see which valve was needed to be purchased. Instead of being truthful saying he snapped the part, Abraham consistently tried to upcharge her (because she was a female) to get extra repairs done that he broke himself. After declining the additional services, I instructed my fiancee to just leave and go home. While driving home, she noticed her a/c didn't work anymore and went back to notify Abraham of this issue as well, in which he stated....and you can guess...it was no fault of his (Which I find hilarious because I had just took her car out before going to work to see if it was drivable and the a/c was perfect). I honestly thought she was making this stuff up and decided to call myself to speak with the owner and to my surprise, Abraham picked up the phone. I'll just say, she was not over exaggerating, he literally sat on the phone and tried to talk to me as if I'm not a paralegal but more of a child. I had to stop him to tell him that his tone was not appreciated and asked for his managers name as I planned on filing a complaint with IAG and the BBB but before doing so wanted to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. He told me "I will not provide anyone's name" and "good luck proving that in court"...I and the other paralegals in my office laughed out loud, DID YOU NOT HEAR ANYTHING I TOLD YOU? Well Mr. Owner (whomever you are) you can thank Abraham for the actions to follow. I now do plan on pursuing this legally, if only you did right by people.Thursday 26th August 2021
