Pro Tech did an excellent job of repairing my car. I had the alternator replaced and they did it right away and in a timely, affordable manner. The tech discovered that the serpentine belt had become frayed and caused the alternator to become compromised. There was no way that I could have been able to do this job myself. I highly recommend Pro Tech for your vehicles needs.

Had quick response through messaging with Steven. Had several of my questions answered and even made an appointment for my car around my own work schedule. Went over in the morning and wasn’t surprised when everyone who was in the shop wasn’t wearing a mask. I put mine on and that seemed to remind a few of the guys to do the same. Steven and I went over what needed to be done; he kept me posted with updates. They work they did was great and timing was awesome. I’ll definitely be going back for any auto services in the future.

I've had a lot of problems finding a good mechanic, and I am happy to say that I have finally found a mechanic shop. They are always very friendly and professional. This is my second time going and I am not disappointed. Thank you guys for your incredible work on my car!
