I needed Frank from Pro-Tech Managed IT Services, LLC to wire my house with Ethernet cable so I could upgrade my Internet service from Verizon. Frank came out and first of all made sure with me and Verizon that we had to have the cable. Once we knew what had to be done, he did the job very well, clean and neat, looks great and no cleanup by us. Frank was very honest about what had to be done, did it quickly and the price was right. I will contact him again if I need some IT work at home.

I would recommend Frank based upon my experience. He handle himself in a professional manner and getting the appointment was easy and fast which is important when you are having trouble or setting up a new computer. My phone calls prior to the on site appointment were never rushed and there was never an additional charge. The cost was very affordable and fair which you don't normally find these days.

I called Frank to set up multiple computers as well as many different software programs on my business's computers. He was very professional and was able to get everything completed in a short time frame. Not only was Frank fair with his prices but any questions I had he was able to answer and if not, he made sure he went out of his way to find me the correct answer. He was very professional, informative, and offered me multiple options and recommendations once he was able to recover the data. Pricing was good and he fixed the computer fast. Highly recommend.
