They have it so you can approve/deny jobs on the vehicle from your phone while its there with pricing so you don't go to pick up your vehicle wondering what you are going to pay. Took a day to get parts but had the car back the next business. Felt it was a good value. I looked up online the average repair costs for the make, model, and repair.
