These guys from first to last were polite, professional, and priced fairly. We received a good brake job right away, and they also did a quick minor repair on our other car that had a damaged wheel well from hitting a block of ice (that looked like snow). I highly recommend them.

97 MB E420 would not Start. Towed to Sterling to cul-de-sac with 10 different experienced mechanic shops. None could get it started, was told I need to tow to dealership to get a new ECU computer 🖥️! Didn't have cash for dealership. Towed to Q. He checked it out and found faulty wires to relay control module. Put in new module and Benz starts like a charm. He's truly an Expert.

Highly Recommend! Brake caliper seized on my way home from the beach. On Saturday. Afternoon. Right before closing. They got parts, got me fixed and out the door in about two hours, all with a pleasant demeanor and a reasonable price. Terrific experience.

I have been a Q Auto Service Center's customer for more than 3 years and have always received EXCELLENT service. I had both of my Audis serviced here. Besides regular maintenance, among the things I can remember, Q Auto Service installed ceramic brakes, fixed an issue I had with the coolant, and installed new tires. The entire staff is very friendly and Quincy has always provided honest & professional work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
