Really like the service we got . They kept us up on everything we needed to get it fixed and we appreciated their knowledge about getting a warranty for our truck ,they also were very kind ,which I appreciate. 😇

We chose this shop based on the reviews and it was close to my husband's office where his car broke down. They gave a great quote and we provided the part to save money. The next day, they said something else needed to be fixed as well, and my husband agreed, of course. When I came to pick up the car, the bill was substantially more than anticipated. When I inquired about the fees, as I was not understanding the invoice, they became very short with me, and were obviously aggravated. They treated me like I was stupid and even implied I was trying to take advantage, when I was simply asking for it to be explained. It came to pass that it was too high, so they adjusted, and though it still did not seem right to me, I paid and got out of there. When I got home and had a chance to look it over with my husband, it appeared we were overcharged by about $33 from the original quote. I called the shop and tried to explain that the quote was different than what I paid. Again, they were short with me. I was called back and given a refund of $7, and I again asked them to explain the discrepancy. I was able to infer that the labor was charged differently than the quote, I guess, but was given no explanation, and they were very quick to get off the phone with me. They were so nice when I initially called them, and the original quote was great, but I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of. At the very least, the fact they wouldn't explain it to me, and treated me like I was stupid makes me wonder what they are trying to pull. I won't go here again.
