This shop is on point. I was told by another mechanic that something was wrong with my car's engine and that it would cost at least 3k to fix. I told them I'd hold off and instead stopped by Quality to get a second opinion. All my car needed was an oil change, tune up and new battery and I was good to go. What mystery 3k issue the other mechanic "saw," I have no idea. My car just needed its regular maintenance. I highly recommend this mechanic shop. The tech that serviced my car was awesome and the owner was extremely helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommand this shop for their professionalism and commitment. The repairment complexity of the engine light issue on my old car greatly exceeded their expectation. They kept working on my car day by day until the issue is resolved. They did not raise the repair price despite excessive labor efforts. They kept me informed daily and apologized for the delay, which was not their fault at all. As a customer, I don't know what else I can ask. THANK YOU, Quality Care Tune Up.
