I dropped in without calling for a smog check. Mark checked me in quickly and it was complete in 1/2 an hour. They even topped off my oil. I'll definitely go back for routine maintenance.

Quality Tune is a top notch business. I went in for a smog check. Once I parked and got out of the truck I was approached by (I think) Chris with a friendly smile right away. He remembered that I called the day before to see if an appointment was needed. He informed me the wait time is about an hour. I went inside to wait and while waiting I was lucky enough to receive a rose that was in their Christmas tree. The smog mechanic was amazing. (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) He was done in about 30 minutes, complimented my truck and was very friendly. I was so happy with my experience. They went above and beyond. I wish more companies would work this hard on their customer service. Great job guys! -Raquel
