Either incompetent employees or price gouging scam! When I bought this used car I started taking it to Quantum. Impressed by their 5 star rating I felt this would be a good experience. The first two visits were fine. Dude quoted me prices, fixed things, great. This third visit however, things took a turn for the worst. Even though I had one (1) oil leak and needed a few motor mounts replaced (quoted 900 for all), they no longer had any record of this. So they wanted me to do a diagnostic. There's a fee, but if you get a repair the fee is waived. Fine. In less time than they had quoted they had a result. My 900 repair was now over 3500. My one oil leak was now 8. My needing to repair "some" motor mounts was now "all." I asked why this didn't come up on the earlier diagnosis and got a "maybe they didn't do a diagnosis." In driving home, I also discovered they broke my air conditioning. On the drive down, it was blowing ice cold. On the drive back, air conditioning blows warm air. And as an additional F-U, they didn't charge my credit card, they did the transaction as a "cash advance," so now I get to eat a credit card fee. Nice! I'm left with the assumption this is either a scam or a location with gross incompetence. I would avoid this place.
