I’m grateful and appreciative for the outstanding service received from R & G Auto Repair staff. Your excellent service and the “can do” approach to satisfying your customer is amazing. I read several positive feed-backs about their service which I wasn’t disappointed. I walked into the place 11/10/21 to seek a second opinion, confused and uncertain with rejected safety inspection paper by another service station. They went above and beyond to correct the issue as quickly as possible; as result, my car passed the safety inspection within the same day. Their professionalism eager to please their customers is amazing. Their positive attitude is second to none. I would love to recommend R & G Auto Repair to anyone who has car issues. This is the best mechanic place have been so far. Their service is always on point 💯 and exceptional. They will explain in details to you what is wrong with your car and have it fixed immediately and they don’t charge unnecessarily. Kudos to all the workers there especially Omar. I've been in the Alexandria VA areas for over 10 years now. I have constantly been looking for a car mechanic that I feel comfortable with and I recently found that with R&G. They just seem to be very honest and do excellent work. Even thought its a little bit out of the way for me it is worth it by far. I am so happy I found these guys and HIGHLY recommend them to anybody looking for a good auto shop.

I've been taking my car to them for the past 10 years and from day one the service has been amazing. They are great with their customers and really care about what they are doing. They will take their time to explain what's going on with your car and never cheat you on the price. I went to dealership once to get my car fixed and took it right back to R & G auto because I could tell something was off. Omar and Koshi were able to tell me exactly what the dealership tried to do to charge me more money. They then fixed it promptly and also told me what to watch out for because they have seen cars like mine before. This was extremely helpful because then I could plan my car expenses which saves me in the long run. I refer everyone I know to this place because I know they will be taken care of. If you're looking for a place to take your car when the engine light is on, take it here! My 2007 Honda Civic runs great because of the care and maintenance this shop has done for it. I would honestly give this place 10 stars if I could!
