Small crew of 3 people, but still very very fast. Gave me fair pricing for the two things I asked for. Went in for a brake check as well, & they told me what pads should be replaced on top of other tire things that need replacement soon but not urgent. Also found the source of an oil leak no one else could find without 7 different test. Really great shop 👍

These mechanics were fast, professional, and fair priced. My water pump went out, I had a defective motor mount that I knew for awhile needed replaced, some of my fan belts and radiator hoses were old and cracked. I came in and got all of that fixed. On a separate occasion, a motorist flagged me down in traffic and notified me that I had no brake lights, I pulled back into this mechanic shop and they quickly got my brake lights working again. Good job!

I was stranded in Auburn last week and I'm from out of town heading to Grass Valley. I started calling auto shops and this place answered. I just want to say that they were so nice and professioal. I felt really well taken care of. They checked all my fluids and called me regarding every little thing. R & J would be my go-to shop if I lived in Auburn.. The diagnosis and prices were spot on. This is a great place that you can trust. I felt they pushed my car through and made me a priority because of my personal situation...I asked about that and they told me they were a week and a half out with many cars lined up before me. Steve was so easy to work with. Thank you Steve @ R & J for taking great care of me and my car and getting me back on the road. Truns out my water pump had gone out. They had me back on the road by 5pm the next day! They replaced my water pump, changed my oil, topped off all my fluids and replaced a light bulb that was out (the little things :) ) all for $319.
