Billy Roberts5 StarI recently travelled to Birmingham for work and unexpectedly had a front wheel bearing fail in my truck. Did a quick search and found Rainoldi's Auto Service. I normally do all of my own service but being about four hours from home I needed to quickly find someone to repair my truck so I could make the trip back home. I called and spoke to David on a Monday morning at 7:30 AM after having worked all night. He told me he could get right on it and have it repaired by midday and also gave me a ride to the apartment where I was staying. Very professional and knowledgeable individual! As promised, they had the truck repaired by lunchtime and for a very reasonable price. Being in the predicament I was in it is easy for someone to take advantage of the situation and over charge for repairs. Not David! Very reasonable prices and an honest, dependable automotive professional. I would definitely recommend Rainoldi's Auto Services to anyone in need of repairs. Mark Weaver5 StarMy daughter, who's in school in Birmingham, complained about her brakes dragging. Never having needed a mechanic in that vicinity, I took a stab at finding a repair shop in Homewood online. Called and talked to David with my speculation of the problem. She dropped the car off. He confirmed the fault and fixed it pronto. Could not be more relieved to find a knowledgeable/courteous/prompt source for local repairs as I'm in Knoxville TN and usually do my own repairs.
