Rheanna K1 StarWILL NOT GO BACK TO RAYS. After spending many hundreds of dollars here over the years, Ray’s wants to charge me $30 for draining some oil off for me when I accidentally overfilled my vehicle. That’s more than it cost to change it!! This is the 2nd time they have wanted to charge for a superfluous reason. Last time they didn’t even roll the estimate charge into the total final cost. Money hungry only.. not a customer oriented service business.Monday 6th December 2021
