We like to "keep it local" by utilizing the great parts stores that we have in town. Our business is located at 115 E. Stanley Rd in Fort Pierre, SD (across the street from the Holiday Inn).

I took my car here it was sitting there for about 4 days they did my repair fast and they made sure they called me with updates I went to get my car yesterday after they called me and told me it was fixed 3 days prior to the incident I go to get in my car I put the key in the ignition and my car didn’t start I go in there to tell the man that my car didn’t start he tell me that yea u need to get a battery before this one goes out he bring an machine to charge my battery he then send me to advanced auto zone to get an battery and tell me the place won’t charge me to put the battery in I paid and extra 149 for the battery ... my whole point of bring my car there was because my car wouldn’t start I told them that I paid 238 for my car not to be fixed and all they could tell me they had no knowledge about a battery like really DO NOT COME HERE TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF !!!

Ray was really great in getting me in, ordering parts, and getting me out in about 24 hours after I hit a deer 60 miles outside of Pierre and limped into town. I drove 350 miles after I picked up my car, and everything seems great. I trust his honesty and the garage's quality of work 100%. I only gave 4/5 just because I'm not convinced I got the best prices on parts and feel the shop nickels and dimes more than it should for an independent shop. Example, charging $55 for the diagnoses of the radiator and other components damaged upon impact, charging for parts cleaner, charging for the little bit of trans fluid required to top off, etc. It's a practice I expect from chains and dealers, not from a shop like Ray's. But, I cannot stress enough I don't doubt any of the work completed or the honesty of the shop.

They are easy to work with and through. Diagnosed my problem in a day and luckily just needed an easy part replaced. I would recommend shopping around for price as I think I paid slightly more than necessary for the work that was done. But ultimately, I'd trust them with my car again!
