Alayna Bosma1 StarTerrible experience. Will never use again. Unprofessional. Rude. Condescending. We brought a product to them asking them to install. They provided a quote and led us to believe they could complete the requested service. They called multiple times requesting we pay more money (over 4x initial quote) and stated even then they might not successfully complete the requested service. I then asked to just have my car put back to how it was realizing they couldn’t complete the requested service (that we were led to believe they could) and requested a refund. They refused a refund. We paid double the initial quote for them to do nothing.Friday 14th May 2021
