I highly recommend Redlands Complete Auto & Repair. They have provided me with excellent auto repair. The pricing is far less than I was quoted by the dealer and other repair shops. My car is a senior citizen. The engine and body of the vehicle is in good condition. The car had a few oil leaks which were repaired with excellent results. Juan has been very diligent in addressing my electrical issue. I have another car at my disposal so time was not an issue.

I came in and Juan assured me that my issue was my transmission and it would take about a week to get it all taken care of (2016 Chevy Malibu). Every week he would tell me it is almost done just a couple little things he needed to figure out and that he needed to get it reprogrammed but that the Chevy dealer was backed up. 1 month later he finally gave me back my car and told me that I need to take it elsewhere because he could not figure out how to get the car to be re-programmed after putting in a rebuilt transmission and was unable to fix my car. He could have been honest from the beginning and told me he couldn't fix it but instead made me wait for a month and then told me to come pick up my car unfixed. I had to tow it to the Chevy dealer and 3 days later they gave me back my car and said it was never a transmission problem :( It's fixed now and literally only took 3 days for them!!!! So very frustrating!!! )

Juan Juan Juan! The guy with a heart of gold. My initial reason to have my car towed was due to my alternator failing but Juan realized I had bigger issues on my hands! Someone has stolen my catalytic converter while it was parked before having it towed to RCAR. Now we all know this is pretty costly ($1500+) me traveling from out of state and other mishaps left me pretty limited to funds. Juan really took care of me and fixed my alternator and added a pipe so I could get back home safely with my baby girl as I couldn’t afford the catalytic converter right then and there! The fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe solution as I could barely get the pipe cost in was just surprising to me. A lot of mechanics take advantage of vulnerable women but not Juan he’s super genuine.

Needed my A/C vacuumed and recharged after I replaced the low pressure line. Called around to a few shops in the area after looking at their reviews. When I called this shop I received friendly customer service instantly. I decided to give it a chance and took my car there that morning. Come to find out that the friendly and informative customer service that I received over the phone was also the owner of the shop. After he explained the process to me, he started working on the car right away. Very professional and it seems like this shop actually cares about their customers! which is why I will be going to them for other needs in the future. Car is blowing cold AC no issues at all everything was done right and professionally. Great customer service Professional work Military friendly Great prices All around A+ Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrible! The guy took advantage of me not knowing what was wrong with my car and he kept it for several weeks! Wasn’t even able to fix it..
