Jim Reed,Owner & Service Manager is an ASE master technician with 30 years in business. In addition to his ASE master technician certification he is also a specialist with a certification in advance engine performance. Jim goal is to provide a friendly, enjoyable service experience coupled with quality automotive to our customers. He strives to keep customers informed about their vehicle to help ensure their cars and trucks will enjoy a very long life. Tim Reed is our senior ASE master technician,He is ASE certified in Engine repair, Automatic Transmission/Trans axles, Manual drive train and axles. Suspension & steering, brakes, electrical, heating air conditioning and Engine performance. He has completed training in multiple advanced area of automotive diagnosis repair. He has the experience, knowledge and character to do the work right! Scott is another one of our certified ASE master technicians, we have the honor of employing. He has 30 years experience in the field with a variety of automotive repair and service experiences under his belt. Scott's certifications include steering and suspension, Automatic Transmissions and Trans axle, Manual drive train, Engine performance, heating air conditioning, Engine repairs, Electrical, and brakes. He specializes in Alignments and steering and suspension. Scott's favorite past time is working on and building muscle cars. After graduating at the top of his class at Mid-East Career Center Tyler has become a very valuable member of our team here at Reed's Top Tech! He has distinguished himself as being a very dependable, methodical and thorough auto technician! He resides in the Cambridge area with his family. Gordon is our point man in the front office and a key member of our team. You will find Gordon to be one of the most positive people you will run into. He is retired from a musical career after 30 years of serving with the Princess Cruise line. Now that his ship has sailed he is happily porting here in Cambridge with his family and finally able to enjoy the small town atmosphere of his home town! We are so thankful for his sharp organizational skills and ability to strike a positive "note" with everyone he meets! Outstanding work! I am very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle by Reed's AutoCare! Jim did a very thorough job inspecting my vehicle & then keeping me informed on prices & eta's based on the work I decided on. I have a limited budget & he gave me great information so I could make knowledgeable decisions & priorities on the work needing to be done! Had to get towed there on a weekend night due to a faulty light. Jim and his team did a great job to help reduce my stress level with living almost an hour away. His team took my wife’s and I calls as we checked In , and never felt like we bothered them. Gordon was great and made us feel like long time friends. He is a great asset to company! On our recent visit to The Wilds on 8/11/21, our Serpentine Belt and Water Pump broke down in the middle of nowhere, stranding us without cellphone service. After securing a ride back to our cabin, we called Reed's Top Tech and they graciously fit us in that afternoon. We had the car towed, and upon arrival they began working on it immediately! They were kind, polite, clean, and went above and beyond with their service! I would recommend this outstanding service to anyone!

Wonderful staff and prompt service. We selected Reed's to oversee the update on our 1974 Corvette in the fall of 2020. They did absolutely everything, including arranging for the installation of a new windshield. It was completed for the summer of 2021 and we couldn't have been more thrilled. We never thought the Vette could look so good or run so well again. As the original owner, my husband had never thought to see it on the road again. For any repairs on any of our vehicles, we'll definitely choose Top Tech. First class all the way!
