First time was to get the 02 sensor replaced on my Honda. I was totally satisfied with the service and price. The owner, his name was Jeff, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. Price was reasonable, from what I've read on some auto forums. Second time I went, I suspected that one of the bearings went out in my alternator, and told them to check it out. Now on this occasion, I do not think Jeff was the one checking it out, but instead it was a younger guy. He called and told me that the alternator needed to be replaced. I didn't think that was necessary, so I took it to another mechanic in town and they confirmed that a bearing had gone bad. So overall, this place can be 'reliable' as the name claims, but make it depends on who's working on your car. Hands down the best service I've ever had on my car. I won't trust my beloved Cobalt with anyone else. They're always busy and still manage to get my fixes done ASAP. I love these folks.

We drove to MN from TX and our A/C was not working well. I called Reliable in hopes to get it fixed before we went back to TX and they fit us in to their busy schedule and got our A/C repaired quickly! They are so professional and kind and their rates are so reasonable! I highly recommend Reliable Auto Care!
