Can’t say enough about Rey and his guys!! Driving up to Utah, we completely lost my belt on the freeway and had full system failure in my GMC Terrain. We had enough power to pull into a gas station and then that was it. My mother and 18 month old son were with me. My mom called Rey, he came to us, towed my car to his shop and drove to the next town to get the missing parts. Not only was he fair, honest and so kind, he got the job done in 5 hours! What could have been disastrous for us, especially with an infant in the summer heat, he was genuine and helped us out. My mom and I cried when he called that our car was done and he was bringing it to us. Thank you so much Rey and team!!

Rey is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were traveling from out of town and needed help. He diagnosed and corrected the problem and gave great advice to prevent future issues. Absolutely did not take advantage of us in our need.

We live in the valley and noticed a gauge was running high while driving through the area. Rey quickly assessed the issue. It was snowing that didn't immediate attention so we were on our way. Rey didn't charge us anything for the diagnosis. We really appreciated his time and hospitality!

My 2008 Dodge Caliber blew out the water pump and pulley and the fan belt was torn to shreds. We were traveling on the I-17 going to PHX and parked off Hwy 169 to Prescott Valley. Thank goodness for Rey (owner) and his mobile mechanic "Steffen". We got stuck at 4:30 pm and back on the road by 12:56 am. Despite the amount of time it took to repair our car in the late night hours. We felt safe and secure esp since my husband is disabled. Steffen (mechanic) did an outstanding job and was very professional and courteous. Overall the labor & financial costs charged were very reasonable. I strongly recommend this business. I cannot say enough about Rey. He's fair, honest and extremely helpful. We broke down on the highway with an overheating issue. I found Rey and he diagnosed the issue right away, found the part an hour away, drove and picked up the part and had it installed all in ONE DAY. This was the day prior to Thanksgiving so we were able to make it home for the holiday!!!! He even drove us in his personal truck to a diner to grab something to eat, while he worked on fixing our vehicle. He went above and beyond and is friendly to boot. I'm glad there are still people like Rey in the world.
