Richard has worked on both of my vehicles at this point in time on multiple occasions. In reviewing my interactions with Richard and his work, I have been extremely impressed by his attention to detail both in assessment/repair of my vehicles and his professionalism/customer service. Additionally, all the work Richard has done has stood the test of time and has never resulted in follow up issues. In my interactions with Richard he has been honest and fair in his service and pricing and it is clear to see he is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work, putting time and effort into serving his customers. In all instances he has worked on my vehicles, he has been very thorough and prompt, making sure to keep constant contact with me to explain out his diagnosis of the issue(s) and review and confirm his recommendations towards fixing those issue(s) (which includes pricing out every option in detailed form). With that said, he does all this in an extremely quick, affordable and efficient manner. Given all the work he has done on my vehicles, he has been one of the quickest, most efficient mechanics I have received service from. I have nothing but respect and glowing reviews for Richard and his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, affordable, efficient, and reliable work on their vehicle(s).

I've been to a lot of repair shops but this one tops them all. I brought my older car in for a misfire problem and the issue was diagnosed and repair was done. Please note that this 25 year old Classic car has many 1 year only parts that are no longer available anywhere except used . The problem was determined to be intake manifold leaks on a HP performance 4.6 liter 32 valve Ford motor. After searching and searching, they found the new gaskets and replaced them while fixing other issues as well. Understand that the engine bay of this car is tight and is a nightmare to work on. The cost was very reasonable but it was the customer service that was beyond superb ! Very high quality workmanship, super friendly customer service, and very knowledgeable regarding automotive service. I will need some routine maintenance soon and this is now my Go-To shop. I could not be happier with Richard's Auto service and I highly recommend them.

Went there for break and rotors replacement. Richard was helpful and honest. I asked him to check if I need oil change, he checked and told me not to spend the money yet, can still drive a few more thousand miles.

I've waited until I've had a couple of repairs/maintenances done with Richard before I leave a review on google as I want to be fair and responsible for people looking at the reviews. At this point, Richard has fully earned my trust, which, with all due respect to other mechanics, is hard to find. Richard is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He never tried to oversell me. Rather, he once cut my repair cost by half compared with what the dealership was trying to charge me by pinpointing the problem and fixing it, rather than simply toss and replace the entire system suggested by the dealership. In another repair service, he cleaned up my wheel covered by spilled out fluids from leaked parts without charging me a fortune for it. Richard also offered flexibilities for me during the time of the repair. I would highly recommend him when it comes to auto repair and maintenance.
