My family has been working with Richie for years so it was no question that when I got rear-ended that I’d have Richie take care of it. The person who was at fault in the accident gave me the run around. Richie advocated for me and patiently dealt with the insurance companies to make sure everything was covered. He made sure I had everything I needed while he was working on my car and even had it detailed upon return. Car looks great and really happy with the job. Thanks Richie! T

I randomly stopped at Richie's the other day to get my Inspection sticker done, and I was very content with the service I received. Richie was very professional and I was able to get the sticker done quickly and get on with my day. Totally recommend them for any inspection services.

After moving to MA, I bounced around from shop to shop getting inspections and oil changes until I needed a little body work (I ran into something and broke off my side mirror) and no one could do it until I found Richie’s. I have been going back to him ever since for everything! He is honest and will not BS and try to upsell you. Sometimes I get great news and the repair isn’t as bad as I thought and sometimes I’ve got more work to be done that I didn’t know, but he explains it using plain language and I trust that Richie will keep me safe.

I had contacted Richie's because my car needed brakes REALLY BAD. They were grinding and well over due to be fixed. I called on a Tuesday afternoon late and was able to go in the next morning before work for it to be looked at. Richie was extremely helpful and so nice and welcoming! He was very busy in the morning and I greatly appreciated his help. He was able to complete the brakes before 5pm. I was able to get a a warranty and he saved me lots of money! I got quotes from other places in waltham which made no sense at all. This is a great place! I have already referred my coworkers to them. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else anytime soon. I will be going back in next week to have my exhaust checked because it has been rattling for a while now. I would give 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Richie saved me *at least* $1,500. I have a Mercedes Benz, and went to Sullivan Tires in Waltham to get my car inspected. It failed due to my front left wheel bearing being loose. The guy at Sullivan Tires recommended for me to have the front left AND right bearings changed, even though the right one doesn't really have a problem. The estimate was basically $1,500, including wheel alignment. Since that's a lot of money, I started considering other places to get a second opinion. I went to Richie's and asked if he could do a state inspection. He saw that my car had a rejection sticker and was wondering why I would like to get it reinspected. I explained my situation, and instead of doing a full inspection and charging me $35, he decided to forgo charging me the $35 and quickly checked the wheel bearings. He confirmed that the front left was loose. He was really surprised that Sullivan Tires was charging me $1,500 to change both front wheel bearings. He gave me a minimum estimate of $180 and a worst-case scenario of $600. I had called other auto mechanics in the area to get quotes just to get a better idea, but ultimately went with Richie's. He got the job done, and I only paid $90 -- half of his minimum estimate. What a pleasant surprise! He told me to go back to Sullivan Tires to get my car reinspected a second time (so that I wouldn't have to pay $35 since they did my first inspection). So I went back to Sullivan Tires and got my car re-inspected. It passed! Richie has earned my trust. I will definitely come back here when I have future issues with my Mercedes.
